Allstate Foundation recently issued $55,000 grants to Writers Theatre for the addition of a Tessitura Network software.
The Tessitura software will enable the theatre to enhance its ticketing and marketing capabilities. The grant to Writers Theatre is part of a funding made to nonprofit groups throughout the country ranging from $20,000 to $60,000, as part of the 60th anniversary Executive Summit Grant program.

Acumen Invests on Rwanda-based Coffee, Helps Rural Women
Nonprofit impact investing firm, Acumen, has invested $1.2 million to KZ Noir, a Rwanda-based coffee processing company owned by Kaizen Venture Partners. The investment will equip KZ Noir the funds for working capital, debt refinancing, and capacity expansion.
